This is the #BeYou movement that believes that when you express yourself creatively, you’re unlockling the freedom and possibilities that come from being YOURSELF.
May we create a space that leads the way for you to feel safe to share, inspired to create and part of a community of empowered people that are ready to take on the world.
more about US >
This is a time in history when we are using our social platforms to create community and build our villages virtually. At the same time we are expressing ourselves through these mediums. Unfortunately, this isn’t always easy, nor is it always met with kindness- especially for women and people who belong to marginalized communities. Through events in the media, this week has shone a bright light on what it means to have a voice when discussing our personal struggles as women and the weight of having someone or anyone listen.
These are BIG and HARD conversations. What trips so many of us up is the fear that we’ll get it wrong or worse - offend someone. We also feel protective of our own stories. We are NOT asking you to give up your personal expression, but we are asking you to learn with us and educate yourself, about what can we do to be better or how can we be more aware today?
This week we welcome our FIRST GUEST ; Allison Holder to talk about her experience within her communities and #passthemic to her to enlighten us on her experiences.
