We often think of self care as being something superficial, a quick fix like a bubble bath and a glass of vino.
And sure, sometimes listening to yourself and pinpointing the surface level things you need to support your physical and mental health CAN be a day at the spa… and guess what? YOU DESERVE IT! However self care is actually much deeper.
Let's discuss the topic of Kind Self-talk. Together, in order to make some sense of how to work on this, we have come up with 5 (Kindness Mantras) to help guide this conversation towards self-kindness in relation to our self-talk. Let's start the discussion to help us all make an effort to consciously switch our inner monologue and be kinder. Kinder to OURSELVES.
